June Action: “The Spy Who Killed Me Another Day”
Title pulled at random from Random James Bond Movie Generator. We’ll call this the intro sequence.
. . .
1962 Ferrari 250 GTO. Bright red. Straight through the front doors of 1370 Pennywise Lane.
June Action steps out of the driver’s side door, unharmed if stirred, and proceeds to casually shoot down the three guards running upon her. Two torso, one knee, and one extra shoulder shot for good measure. The guards bleed and offer pained groans, but give sad little in the way of resistance as June moves past them.
The secretary, a youngish brunette in her early twenties, shakes violently behind the greeting desk.
JUNE ACTION: “I’m looking for Abenteuer.”
SECRETARY: “I don’t know. I don’t.”
JUNE ACTION: “You should alert the police, if you haven’t. I won’t be long.”The office door nearly falls from the hinges from the force of June’s staggering kick. Her entry is greeted by a light spray of bullets from unsteady hands, tracing her figure but never striking or slowing her rapid movement forward. Her own bullets tear a line through upturned desks and anxious gunmen as she walks straight on through.
Never one to disappoint, August Abenteuer waits in his office, unarmed.
JUNE ACTION: “August.”
AUGUST ABENTEUER: “I have an opening right after my meeting with the Saudi if you need an appointment.”
JUNE ACTION: “This couldn’t wait.”
AUGUST ABENTEUER: “You’re out. I counted.”
JUNE ACTION: “Did you?”June shoots August Abenteuer once in the chest. He slumps back into his chair, his face holding onto the tight expression of shock.
