The essential quality of incongruity being what it is, and the demands of chaos being what they are, I have been forced by principle, or lack, to issue my demission from the Papacy in all forms, and, by the symbolic act of immolation of documentation to this effect, I make this stance public.

My reasoning, or at least assertion, is follows: there is something very wrong with this timeline, and we cannot walk the crooked line any longer in the face of it. Don’t let any Pope tell you differently.
